Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept all major debit & credit card payments. You can use yourt Visa or Mastercard via our Realex highly secure payment provider software (we never get to see your credit card number if you pay on-line). Whilst normally we expect you to use the on-line purchase form you may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet so if you ant us to telephone you for payments just email us and we'll telephone you.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you a notification of shipping. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason or if we don't hold stock when we contact the manufacturer there is a change or problem at their end. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable or refund you in full. You should always return to the Bathsrus site from Realex when you finish paying for your order to fully finish the ordering process. |
| Shipping And Handling We have a no charge shipping policy so all prices include UK mainland shipping and handling.Any Taxes are included in every thing so the price you see is the price you pay as with Bathsrus it is Free Shipping all the way. n.b. FOC delivery is to the address supplied by the customer when the order is placed, any changes to this delivery address must be agreed in writing by Bathsrus and if the customer is not in when delivery is made or amends delivery address without agreement then the customer will have to pay any additional costs incurred by Bathsrus. |
Delivery Schedule Whilst we will try to deliver products as soon as we can, we do not always have every combination of all products in stock all the time. Therefore we advise you not to commission or start any works until all products have arrived and been checked by yourself. We will normally send your order to you in under 7 business days however some items which are sent direct from the manufacturers are outside of our time control. Time shall not be of the essence under this contract and we will try to inform you if there are delays.
Any costs incurred with 3rd parties (plumbers, electricians etc.) due to delivery delays, or damaged goods will not be refunded by BathsRus, neither will fitting, un-fitting or re-fitting charges and associated costs, retail products are sold unfitted and it is upto the customer to check function and suitability before either self fitting or commissioning 3rd party works. Our standard 7 days return policy (shown below) allows you to check the product for damage or suitability before any work commences.

Under Section 8.2 (b) (i) & (ii) of the above regulations, The purchase contract of goods from BathsRus requires that the consumer shall return the goods to the supplier in the event of cancellation in the same condition as they were received, and that the consumer is responsible under this contract for the cost of returning any goods to the supplier, (or the cost of us recovering them), if the consumer cancels the contract. Exclusion for health and safety reasons. Once a toilet seat has been removed from the box and the seal has been broken or if the toilet seat has been fitted, we cannot issue a refund or have the goods returned to us due to hygiene issues unless there is a manufacturing default. |
